We are all emerging from over a year of trauma and isolation due to Covid restrictions. Confusion, anxiety, uncertainty, and sadness are very common right now; you are not alone.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 30 years of experience supporting adults through the challenges and changes in their lives. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Southwestern College. My specialties include relationship challenges, loss and grief, life changes and transitions, workplace dynamics, stress reduction, and personal growth.
My approach to counseling is eclectic—drawing on a variety of theories to best support each person’s specific situation and needs. I have an interactive style, and as we work together, healing can occur, and clarity and forward movement are readily possible.
