I am passionate in empowering clients in their journey toward healing and wholeness. My experience includes counseling individuals, couples and families in the area of addictions, parenting issues, mood disorders, substance abuse, divorce, single parenting, relationship issues, premarital counseling, traumatic brain injuries and anger management.
I utilize different theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and EMDR therapy. I am able to offer spiritual integration with evidence based theories where appropriate. My approach is to meet the client where they are in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.
