My focus is to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where adults feel understood, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and other mental health challenges. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and approach each client with curiosity, empathy, and respect for their unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths. My approach is relational, holistic, and individualized. I draw from mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systems-based approaches to support meaningful growth. I combine warmth and compassion with gentle directness to help clients deepen self-reflection, develop practical coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in creating meaningful, sustainable change.
