I am a Licensed Therapist with over 6+ years of experience working with diverse individuals and groups of all ages including children, families, parents and adults. I have experience working with a variety of different life issues from grief/loss to maternal mental health, but have primarily worked with clients, in particular children and young adults who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I believe building a safe and strong therapeutic relationship centered on empathy and compassion sets the foundation where real healing and growth can take place.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily approach therapy from a Client-Centered perspective and Collaborative approach, however, I utilize and incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques based on what would best benefit clients' and their therapeutic needs. I always strive to work collaboratively with clients and parents to meet their therapy goals and expectations and believe in open communication. I often incorporate interactive therapy activities and art into sessions, especially in my work with children and adolescents. I am passionate about working in the mental health field with an ultimate goal of instilling hope and helping clients feel empowered to accomplish mental health and wellness. Heal. Grow. Thrive.
