About Costantinos Stamboulis

Costa Stamboulis is a Co-founder of SOMA Physical and Occupational Therapy. Costa is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Master of Science with distinction in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. He is a board certified hand therapist with advanced experience in upper extremity rehabilitation in both orthopedic and neurological conditions. In addition, he is a specialist in lymphedema therapy for the upper extremity and is an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOES). He is committed to restoring his patients’ abilities to perform daily functional tasks by utilizing his knowledge of manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic exercise, task-orientated activities, modalities and utilizing splints and other orthoses as indicated. Costa resides in Astoria with his wife. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, keeping up with sports and enjoying neighborhood restaurants.
