Danielle is a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, to include adults, children and adolescents and their families. Danielle's approach is person centered and relies on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and psychoeducation and to provide tools necessary to navigate day to day stressors. Techniques are focused on active listening, identifying your strengths (the tools you already have), mindfulness and grounding techniques and solutions.
