“Dr. Dani is a must see if you are pregnant, postpartum or need pelvic floor therapy of any kind. I started seeing her when I was pregnant with my second child after having pelvic floor issues after my first. Her approach is customized., kind, and effective. For whatever reason my second pregnancy is much more uncomfortable than the first…. She was immediately able to understand where the pain was comingShe was immediately able to understand where the pain was coming from and how to help out. She also helped me get ready for labor and delivery. And once the baby was here, she was able to help me get my pelvic floor strength back. I can’t recommend her enough! ”

She has also helped me in my recovery postpartum while dealing with prolapse and hip pain. Not only has she helped me physically, but has also talked me through many of the mental aspects of pregnancy and postpartum! I have recommended her to friends who have also loved her! Throughout meeting with her I have learned so much about the pelvic floor and how important it is to spend time taking care of it!”

Meet Dr. Danielle Racioppi, PT
After receiving her BS in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2006. Since that time she has completed extensive training in pelvic health through the APTA, Institute for Birth Healing, Pelvic PT Rising, and became a Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She enjoys working with women throughout the lifespan to support all phases of life, ensuring that the women she sees can feel good, stay strong, and trust their bodies to do all the activities they enjoy.
With 3 young boys and a husband at home she enjoys hiking, yoga, and working with other women to offset the testosterone and reset her mind.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dani. I had tremendous tension in my pelvic area & during one of my sessions I felt it in my hips so she dipped back to her bag of tricks & helped me find tremendous relief. She made me feel extremely comfortable & was super friendly & communicative.

Danielle is amazing!! I saw her for pelvic pain during the middle of my pregnancy. She is a mother of three herself, so she can totally relate. She took the time to listen to my concerns and examine me thoroughly, and even assessed my breathing and posture. I felt totally comfortable working with Danielle! She is very experienced and knowledgeable, yet extremely approachable and easy to talk to about this very personal topic. Danielle gave me great tips and exercises to do at home, making sure everything was manageable and safe for me to do throughout my pregnancy. She was also always available if I had questions or concerns when we were not in a session. I would 100% recommend Danielle to any woman with any sort of pelvic health issue! She is super helpful and supportive, and the perfect resource to have on your side!

Dani is excellent at what she does, helping women strengthen their bodies and maintain pelvic floor stability to support their bodies through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the changes of peri- and post-menopause. Professional, attentive, and always providing clear, step-by-step guidance. Dani stays at the forefront of women’s health . Highly recommend!

Danielle was incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic floor stability and prenatal labor preparation, and her expertise made me feel confident, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Beyond her expertise, Danielle is one of the kindest, most compassionate people you could hope to work with.
