Hello! I’m grateful to currently work as a therapist for the past 8 years. I enjoy working with adults and families in various capacities. Some are in the areas of healing from grief related depression; anxiety; boundaries; mood management; marginalized communities; and family conflict. I especially love to help adults journey towards healing past traumas via eye movement desensitization/reprocessing therapy(EMDR); mindfulness based stress reduction(MBSR); and taking an internal family systems or parts work approach.
