I begin with a comprehensive intake and assessment to understand the client’s history, presenting concerns, strengths, and environment. From there, we collaboratively develop a treatment plan that outlines clear, realistic goals and identifies the therapeutic approaches that may be most effective—whether that’s cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or a strengths-based model.
I view therapy as a partnership, where clients are the experts on their own lives. I work to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and build skills for lasting change. Throughout the process, I regularly check in to evaluate progress and adjust our approach as needed. My goal is always to empower clients with tools that support their well-being long after therapy ends.

Therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are opening up about deeply personal thoughts, experiences, and emotions, but she created an environment where I felt heard, and cared for.
One of the first things I noticed was her ability to listen without judgment. It was not passive listening, but active, intentional engagement. She remembered details from previous sessions, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, helped me connect patterns in my thoughts and behaviors that I had not recognized before.
