I believe therapy should feel supportive, grounded, and practical. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, helping clients better understand themselves while building tools that support meaningful change in everyday life. I work with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, caregiving stress, grief, aging-related concerns, and major life transitions, with a focus on creating a space that feels compassionate, steady, and genuinely human. Through virtual therapy at MK Wellness Collective, I help clients move from survival mode toward greater emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, increased self-trust, and a deeper sense of balance in their lives and relationships across Massachusetts.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy with me. Many of the clients I work with are used to being the strong one, the responsible one, or the person everyone else relies on, while quietly feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. My style is warm, grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up honestly while also gaining practical tools that help outside of sessions. Together, we focus on helping you better understand yourself, navigate stress and life transitions more effectively, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to what you need most in this season of life. Early sessions focus on getting to know you beyond just symptoms or stressors. I want to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, patterns, and what feels emotionally heavy or difficult right now. From there, we work together to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. Throughout therapy, I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, strengths-based reflection, and practical coping strategies to help you better understand what is happening underneath the anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, or life transition you may be navigating. Sessions are intended to feel supportive and grounding while also helping you build tools, insight, emotional clarity, and lasting changes that support your daily life and relationships.
