My clinical work includes supporting clients dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety disorders, ADHD, depressive disorders, OCD, relational dynamics, adjustment, vocational development, culture, and identity. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR.
