I have had the distinct honor of serving in the U.S. Army for over 21 years. As a senior leader, dedicated public servant, and Doctor of Social Work from Walden University, I help individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, social, relational, professional, and physical challenges. Over the years, I have worked with people dealing with chemical dependency, family issues, post-traumatic stress disorder from combat, abuse, or other traumas, unresolved grief, confidence issues, financial difficulties, depression, anxiety, and more. My goal is to help you develop self-understanding so that you can learn to move through life in a more grounded and intentional way. To get there, we'll look at your current experiences and work to clarify what drives you. We will also explore your past to understand how it might be affecting your present. Together, we will work to disentangle what is going on in your mind so that you can think, feel, and move forward more clearly, on your way to being your best self.
