After learning about the many benefits therapeutic massage offers in everyday life, she developed a strong desire to help improve the health and well-being of others. She is skilled in kinesiology and anatomy, understanding muscle movement and the importance of muscle maintenance to improve mobility and longevity. Her specialties include medical massage for various conditions, prenatal massage, sports massage, arthritis, geriatric massage, lymphatic drainage, post-traumatic stress massage, and massage for cancer patients. She built Relax and Relief Therapeutic with a desire to educate and to witness her patients’ and clients’ improvement and transformation.
