Desiree, is the founder and owner of Stay Great Physical Therapy, Pilates, and Wellness LLC. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is a National Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor though the Balance Body Scholarship Program. Desiree loves how Pilates and PT work together as an effective rehabilitation tool that can help you achieve your goals. HOWEVER, she believes that hard work and discipline are the keys! She has learned that the best way to stay disciplined is to act regardless of motivation and to stay connected with other like minded individuals committed to achieving their goals. Her goal for Stay Great is to be a positive force in the community by helping individuals of the community be and stay great! Desiree has spent most of her career working with those who have neurological conditions in various settings. This knowledge and experience has allowed her to continue her work with neurological patients and also to work with other populations, such as those in Cancer recovery and those those with other chronic complex illness. "I have found in my experience that people often get discharged from traditional therapy and are left asking, what do I do now? Well, that is the primary goal of Stay Great! I made my service a mobile service so that I can address your concerns directly, meaning I can come to you!"
