I strive to provide therapy within an empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space. Together, we will explore the patterns, motivations, and emotional blocks that are preventing you from living your best life. Whatever your challenges—whether stressors from transitions, anxious loops, negative thoughts, or relationship difficulties—we will work through your experiences together.
My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy; however, I also draw upon other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to address immediate discomfort while helping you gain personal insight that leads to healing and growth. I understand that every individual is unique, so I create a therapeutic environment tailored to your needs.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and look forward to supporting you on your journey to becoming your best self.
