What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an eclectic and tailored approach to each client. I incorporate IFS, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Somatic and Trauma Informed work. I am also trained in the Gottman Method and EFT for couples work. My goal is to create a warm and nonjudgemental environment while challenging you to break out of unwanted cycles and patterns in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions can vary—some may be intense deepening your understanding of yourself and others more casual, focusing on what's happening in your life and learning to make choices that are in your best interest. I will follow your lead. While most sessions will be primarily talk therapy, they can include experiential tools such as somatic exercises. These can help cultivate a deeper "felt sense" throughout your therapeutic process.
