I booked him 2 days in a row, I wasn’t seen either days. I figured the first day there must have been a mistake and wasn’t able to see me, but the second day just showed me this therapist either didn’t know I booked an appointment or he didn’t care. I wasn’t able to put my insurance card on file but I did put my insurance ID number on file so the office can see I do have insurance and works every time literally anywhere else because it’s the ID number that they need anyways. I figured I’d book with a male therapist for the first time since the holidays are around the corner and I’d want a male perspective of my childhood wounds since I’ll be traveling back home this holiday. I found it very unprofessional and negligent how unresponsive this therapist and office is. If he stopped using this sight for clients he should take down his profile because, we are real people with emotions and I don’t appreciate the therapist being a no-show twice.

The provider didn’t even know of our set meeting 30 months before hand. After calling and finding out that he didn’t even know he had an appointment he then told me that my insurance wasn’t accepted. After waiting for this appointment and to find out I can’t be serviced shows the how unprofessional this really is. I should have been contacted as soon as I setup the appointment not me having to call them.
