“I had been dealing with knee pain for about 2 years. On my first visit, Ed took the time to understand my injury history and activity levels, and he came up with a great plan to get me back to running pain free. He was great at adjusting the plan based on my progress. At the end of our sessions, I was able to run to and from the clinic with no more pain. He also gave me the tools I need to stay healthy and pain free. The weekly rebus puzzles were also a fun touch. Highly recommend this clinic!”

About Edward Cardona

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST AND NO APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL DONE SO BY PROFESSIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY DIRECTLY** I grew up in Southern New Jersey, where I played several high school sports as well as a few different classical music instruments. I was always in and out of physical therapy as a high school athlete, and although I loved the environment and idea of physical therapy, I originally decided to major in music. I was accepted into Boston University’s music performance program, but after the first year and a half of playing at a significantly increased volume, I began experiencing a series of playing-related injuries that prevented me from performing at the level necessary to be a professional. I eventually decided to switch to physical therapy to help those musicians and athletes who were in my position—struggling to accomplish their goals due to pain. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University, and I rely on my background in music and sports, along with my personal experience as a patient throughout my life, to help me treat a wide range of patients.

It was 1 hour appointment but they took me in late and then wrapped me up in 30 mins, no exercise suggested and instead they focus on future appointments.

I came in with excruciating back pain. I had dealt with the pain for months and it finally built up to the point where I was out of work for a couple of weeks. After a couple months of seeing Ed and the team, I finally feel like myself again. Ed, Hannah, Ash, the entire staff is top tier! They gave me exercises that I can fit into my daily life. They even taught me how to sit in my car when driving! Truly, a top notch team and I would recommend to anyone on a physical healing journey. Thanks Ed!
