I received my Masters Degree from New York University’s School of Social Work, and completed 3 years of graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the New York Counseling and Clinical Social Work Services. I have worked in the field of outpatient mental health in some of the largest agencies in NYC. I believe in a holistic, mindfulness-based treatment approach when working with my clients, and have worked with adolescents and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, body image issues, self-esteem, career, and addictions.
In addition to practicing psychotherapy, I am a Reiki practitioner, and teach mind/body group fitness classes throughout NYC. I encourage my clients to employ a combination of modalities to help with depression and anxiety. Together we will find what uniquely works for you.
