I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of understanding yourself, living more fully, and connecting more deeply with others. At times, our needs, feelings, hopes, and fears can feel tangled or difficult to express. When words are hard to find, emotions may emerge in ways that feel confusing, overwhelming, or painful. In a supportive and thoughtful space, I will help you gently untangle these inner knots, giving language to what has been difficult to hold or share, and opening the door to greater clarity, relief, and meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a psychoanalyst, I offer the patient a form of talk therapy that invites them to explore the deeper roots of their inner life. Often, unresolved inner conflicts surface as feelings such as sadness, anger, or anxiety. At other times, they appear through familiar personal or relational patterns that seem to repeat despite your best efforts to change them. Working together in psychodynamic psychotherapy creates a space to reflect on these experiences with curiosity and care leading to meaningful and lasting personal change.
