My focus I specialize in working with people who need help processing past trauma, are going through life transitions, like relationship issues, aging, or living with chronic illness, or are just generally feeling stuck for a variety of reasons. I provide a supportive place for you to explore, gain insight, and move toward healing and living your best life. My communication style I provide an open, non-judgmental space for you to explore your issues and feelings. I check in with you often to make sure we are working on the issues that are most important to you. Therapy can be hard, but it is important to me that you feel safe enough to tell me if something is not working so we can adjust our work as needed. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into becoming a psychologist was shaped by a desire to help people heal from past trauma. In the end, none of us escapes unscathed from life, but I believe that coming to terms with our pain through therapy can bring about relief, as well as positive change.
