I am so pleased with Dr. Embrack and his entire team. The staff were friendly and both Dr. Embrack and Dr. Sarah were amazing. They confirmed the diagnosis, treated me and provided tips to keep me pain free. I will have to return for additional visits but I feel confident that this will make a difference.

Always a pleasure receiving therapy here. Everyone one is professional and the environment is clean.

The staff here are lovely people. But Mr. Embrak only saw me once, decided my problem was my IT band (and made comments about how runners never take care of their muscle makeup) and then never saw me again to follow up the fact that my visits were not helping. He just had me doing exercises with other practitioners. I ended up finding another PT group that helped me heal.
Had to find another physical therapist. The treatments weren't helping me and they had a nerve to tell me I only had a few more visits left when they hadn't even done much. Didn't bother to update me on progress or tell me if I was actually getting "well enough" to finish treatments. And there isn't enough hands on therapy either. You basically do the exercises on your own (sometimes in a different room by yourself) and have to come and alert the aides that you are finished and then they stick a heating pad on you or ice for 10 minutes and then you leave. Manual work was not done often and I rarely worked with my actual therapist. I mostly dealt with the aides who couldn't really answer any questions or give any feedback about progress or issues I was having with pain or anything like that, so don't expect any real TLC. I had to ask to speak to the therapist so I could understand what was going on with my troubled areas and what they thought the issues were. I just think generally there are some personality issues and a lack of bedside manner because the therapist are not friendly or pleasant AT ALL. The office staff and aides pretty friendly, but that's about it. The physical therapists do not greet you or say hello (never once saw any of them smile) and there were several times that they arrived late for my appointment; one time Emika was late over 35 minutes and did not even bother to offer an apology as he walked passed me with his bag of food. They clearly didn't respect patient's time so I did not always bother to show up on time all the time either. (Tardiness could have been a result of the appt being first thing in the morning, but you shouldn't have appts that early, if you can't show on time)
They DO NOT offer speech therapy although it is advertised as one of the things they specialize in on their website. Waited for an hour just be be told that they don't do it. Waste of time.
Awesome visit
I was impressed for location & patients.
