About Dr. Emmanuel Canlas

Emmanuel is a physical therapist with more than 20 years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy and sub-acute rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at De La Salle University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Boston University. He has worked with a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and geriatric conditions. Emmanuel takes the time to listen to patients’ medical needs and concerns, developing individualized treatment plans to address those issues, promote a return to normal or prior levels of function, and help patients achieve their goals. He advocates for patients and collaborates closely with medical doctors and other specialists to ensure top-notch, evidence-based physical therapy care.
