Eric was patient, methodical, and very detailed in his approach. After assessing the issue, Eric wrote out a detailed plan for me and walked me through each step. I left his office with video clips on my phone of him talking me through each activity, in addition to a detailed email of his notes and the steps needed to take. over the next several days after our session, Eric reached out multiple times to check on my progress and to see if I had any questions. Eric was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. In a world full of conveyor-belt-type approaches to physical therapy, Eric stands out as one who sees his clients as individuals. He truly enjoys what he does, and he's great at it. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been working with Eric for the past year and a half and I cant imagine working with anyone else. The way he communicates information, listens to your issues, and guides you in the right direction is all with the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. Thanks to his guidance I’ve been able to put on muscle in a healthy way and mitigate any injuries I’ve had along the way. I’m extremely grateful for what he has done for me and highly recommend working with him!
After injuring my back getting back to exercise felt impossible. Working with Eric has been incredible. His expertise, along with his thoughtful, caring nature allowed me to trust him completely. With his support and guidance I have been able to rehab my injury and achieve levels of strength and fitness that I honestly never imagined for myself. Eric knows exactly how to push you to achieve your goals while also ensuring you do so safely - which is critical. I’m so grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable, kind, and fun - he’s changed my life!
As a former competitive swimmer and now active runner and swimmer, I’ve worked with several physical therapists over the years but Dr. Bialczak stands out far above the rest. From the start, his approach was centered on performance and long-term recovery, not just short fixes. He took the time to understand my athletic background and crafted a tailored rehab plan that aligned perfectly with the demands of my sports. What impressed me most was his focus on strength, mobility, and movement technique. Every session pushed me with sport-specific drills that prepared me to get back to full capacity. It wasn’t just about getting better, it was about coming back stronger. Dr. Bialczak was also very clear in his communication. We set goals, tracked progress. With his help, my movement quality has improved significantly, and I feel more resilient/less prone to re-injury. If you’re an athlete or anyone serious about functional recovery and performance, I can’t recommend Dr. Bialczak enough
Dr. Eric is an exceptional physical therapist!! He’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. From day one, he took the time to understand my needs and designed a personalized treatment plan. Each session is professional, focused, and encouraging. I’ve seen great progress thanks to his expertise and support. Highly recommended!
I came into physical therapy with lingering low back and ankle discomfort that had been affecting both my training and everyday movement. Eric Bialczak took the time to understand my concerns, thoroughly assess my condition, and develop a personalized plan that addressed the root of the issues. Eric’s approach combined hands-on therapy, targeted mobility work, strengthening exercises, and clear education on how to maintain progress outside of sessions. His guidance was not only effective but also tailored to help me prepare for a Hyrox race, which was a big goal of mine. Thanks to Eric’s expertise and support, I saw consistent improvement in my mobility, strength, and overall performance. By race day, I felt stronger, more confident, and was able to complete the event without any pain. I highly recommend Eric Bialczak to anyone looking for results-driven physical therapy with a personalized and professional touch.
My first visit did not disappoint! Dr. Bialczak was very professional and very informative. He helped me find the root to my injuries (I get a lot of injuries). This isn’t just a couple stretches and movements, he uses techniques I’ve always wanted to try but aren’t usually offered at normal PT places. The cupping and scraping really helped alleviate the pain I had developed from a nerve which caused numbness in my hand when I was lifting weights. Since it was a 1 on 1 visit, all his attention will be on you which really allows him to take his time to ask you whats going on and help find a solution. I cant wait to go back for my next session. Its makes me feel like an athlete again!
Eric is a great provider. He is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to understand his patients’ goals. I could not be happier with his care and cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for athletes looking to return to their sport.
