Fiona is committed to helping clients find fulfillment and reach their potential by helping identify patterns that are keeping them stuck while building self-compassion.
Additionally, she is a Gottman trained therapist providing couples therapy to those of all ages who wish to hone communication skills, work on attachment styles, build security, and enhance or maintain their connection.
