Prior to becoming a therapist, Fiona worked in the entertainment industry for just under a decade as a head of production, which shaped her understanding of high-stress, high-performance workplace dynamics, team building psychology, burnout, perfectionism, and the struggle of balancing career with life. Fiona is committed to helping clients find fulfillment and reach their potential by helping identify patterns that are keeping them stuck while building self-compassion.
Additionally, she is a Gottman trained therapist providing couples therapy to those of all ages who wish to hone communication skills, work on attachment styles, build security, and enhance or maintain their connection.
