Getting to know Paige Blayne

I am a compassionate, integrative therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace. I take an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy. I also incorporate somatic awareness and strengths-based interventions to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and lasting change. I believe therapy is a partnership where clients are the experts of their own lives. Together, we work to build insight, develop practical coping tools, and foster resilience so you can move toward a more grounded, connected, and meaningful life.
