I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed to practice in New York, Virginia, and Florida, with 16 years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master’s in Psychology from New York University. I have worked with clients experiencing low self-confidence, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, coping with life changes, as well as parents facing challenges with their children. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. My approach draws from many different therapy styles blended with a direct, no-nonsense attitude. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
