About Dr. Frank Cesare
Based in Whitestone, NY, Dr. Frank Cesare sees patients at Core Physical Therapy. Patients visit him for a host of orthopedic and neurologic conditions including chronic low back and neck pain, arthritis of the joints or spine, herniated discs, sciatica, bursitis, tendonitis/tendinosis, sprains, strains, and muscle spasms.
Dr. Cesare also provides post-surgical physical therapy for patients who have undergone orthopedic operations and procedures. He has successfully rehabilitated patients with total joint replacements, spinal fusions/laminectomies, rotator cuff repairs, biceps tendon repairs, ACL reconstructions, arthroscopic debridements, and other procedures not listed.
Constantly up-to-date on the most progressive techniques available, Dr. Cesare strives to get his patients feeling their best. Dr. Cesare received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He actively engages in educating patients and the community about their health and how they can incorporate exercise into their daily lives to relieve pain.

This is a great Physical Therapist office. I have been to two other PT offices due to my shoulder surgery, and they don’t compare even after one visit here. Everyone is so nice, you feel the great energy as soon as you walk in. The therapists also know their stuff, I asked several questions and was met with an answer every time! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Cesare was super professional, took time to speak with me regarding my complaints and provided a tailored treatment plan for the issues I was experience. He knows every one of his patients by name and you can tell they really love him and that he cares about all of them. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes (even with a mask on!). I would definitely recommend him!

My first visit was a good one. Took the time to find out and listen to my concerns. Answered all the questions I had. Was seen on time.. No real wait. Staff was friendly , helpful and professional. There is a parking lot you can park in while you are seeing the doctor.

Dr. Frank is an excellent Physical Therapist and one of the medical professionals that saved my life! He was able to figure out what is needed after my intense difficult surgery to rehabilitate my shoulder back to mobility and is a fun, knowledgable, and patient therapist. He really knows what he's doing and it shows- I'm already feeling more confident in using my right shoulder again. Lots of positive energy from the whole team here, including Brenda who is also great with teaching exercises with a huge smile on her face and helping me in this long journey! You're in good hands at Core Physical Therapy and shoutout to Donna who's a delight at the front desk! I highly recommend coming here for any pain/muscular issues, getting fit or rehab!

I thought my low back pain was coming from my spine. After a very detailed examination Dr. Frank concluded the pain was coming from the front of my hip joint. After soft tissue work and a few corrective exercises, the pain was gone. Definitely recommend.

Having been to multiple offices in the past, it was very refreshing to find one that balances PT & customer service. Dr. Frank & his staff are very attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. They actually made exercises fun! Definitely will be back & recommend to anyone!

I've had neck pain for several years and have been to multiple offices with little relief until I found Dr. Frank and his staff. Dr. Frank found the source of my issue and with hands on treatment and the right exercises I have been pain free. I recommend core PT to anyone looking for a pain free life.
