I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with a diverse array of clients. I have spent over 16 years in the US Army and have extensive experience working with military members and their families. I provide individual couples; and family counseling using a client centered approach to help you achieve the goals we establish together. I work with clients to develop a plan that will help them change; grow and become stronger. I strive to offer a safe; accepting atmosphere where clients feel heard; validated and empowered.
