Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize ACT and CBT to provide goal-oriented paths for rewiring thoughts. Christian Counseling integrates your faith, while Coaching empowers forward motion. I offer Compassion-Focused and Culturally Sensitive care to honor your identity.
