I’m Graziana Zito, a passionate and driven pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to supporting children with autism and other neurodiversities, along with their families.
With over 8 years of teaching yoga and 3 years of practicing as a licensed occupational therapist, I blend therapeutic yoga with occupational therapy to enhance interoceptive awareness, overall wellness, and quality of life for children, teens, and adults. My holistic practice aims to develop increased body awareness, improve interoceptive awareness, regulate the nervous system, and support physical and mental well-being.
In our individual occupational therapy sessions, I focus on enhancing self-regulation, improving sensory processing, and fostering meaningful relationships. Through a playful, engaging, and individualized approach, I empower individuals of all ages to achieve their full potential, leading to more balanced, healthy, and joyful lives. I also believe in the importance of family involvement, providing guidance and support to help families navigate their child’s journey.
Supporting by evidence based practices, I approach therapy in a holistic, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed way, allowing me to create a safe environment where children can explore their unique needs.
