In her bodywork she integrates techniques from the traditions of abdominal therapy as developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, Deep tissue sports massage, Lomi Lomi, Trigger point therapy, and pre and perinatal (Body Therapy Education). She has extensive continuing education and has trained and specialized in each of these areas. Hannah’s intention is to address structural and muscular aches and pains as well as support clients in getting out of constant fight-or-flight activation and into a more calm and regulated state of being. From this place of calm we can tune into and listen to the body's needs and innate wisdom in a way we may not have had access to otherwise. Hannah believes that the human body is an astounding and divine organism. It is our temple and our home. We honor ourselves and are able to give more generously to our loved ones when we take the time to care for our bodies and selves. Healing touch and bodywork is a fundamental human need, not a luxury, and we give ourselves a great gift when we receive this work.
