About Dr. Hannah Ford

Please have this prescription ready prior to your appointment.** I was first introduced into the field of physical therapy through the eyes of a family member who sought care for various conditions. I was able to observe the vital role that physical therapy had on my loved one’s recovery toward optimal function. I fell in love with the profession when I saw the difference that the holistic approach to treating pain and movement disorders had on quality of life. My goal is to help each patient achieve and maintain their highest level of function with enjoyment and confidence. I love that I am able to work in an environment that values one-on-one quality care, and that I’m able to appreciate the unique and wonderful intricacies of the human body each day. I have experience in treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions ranging from acute injuries to management of chronic conditions.
