About Dr. Heather Georgeson Woodcock

Dr. Heather has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient setting since 2018. She is skilled in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, post-surgical care, balance and gait deficits, and strength/reconditioning. Dr. Heather acts as a caring, compassionate leader to guide her patients to a life with less pain and dysfunction. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Heather has always enjoyed an active lifestyle, playing sports, running, and exploring the outdoors. Her goal as a physical therapist is to empower her patients to better understand their bodies, teach them how to incorporate movement and exercise into their daily lives, and help them return to the activities that bring them joy.
