About Hesoo Byun

Hesoo's path has included working in acute and outpatient settings, teaching Pilates through a rehab-driven lens, and supporting clients across a wide spectrum of ages and abilities. She is inspired by the way mindful movement can restore confidence, build strength, and enhance overall well-being. Her goal is to provide thoughtful treatments that help each client feel more connected to their body and more empowered in their daily life. Hesoo holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University, is an APTA Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist, and is a Certified Pilates Instructor.
