I’m a physical therapist with over 10 years of experience helping patients recover from pain and injury. I began my career in Korea, where I worked in private practice for 5 years after earning my bachelor’s and Master's degrees. After moving to New York, I completed my doctoral degree and spent another 5 years in an outpatient clinic, serving as clinical manager in my final year.
I have advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy, including the Mulligan Concept and Functional Manual Therapy. This allows me to look beyond just the painful area and evaluate the whole body, so I can address the root cause of pain and restore proper movement. My approach combines accurate assessment with a wide range of hands-on manual techniques.
Most importantly, I believe in treating patients with empathy and respect. I listen carefully, tailor each treatment and exercise to the individual, and work with you to achieve your goals—whether that’s getting back to daily activities, work, or the sports you love.
