Anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder are examples of disturbances that can influence quality of life. I am an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and knowledge in therapies. I provide well-managed, client-centered care in a nurturing, judgment-free environment to help clients achieve balance in life. As a healthcare professional since 2000, and with a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Monmouth University, I understand the connection between emotional, behavioral, and physical health.
What should a new client know about working with you?

Thorough quality care on a continuum is provided throughout our sessions ensuring adequate information and education are discussed regularly regarding all aspects of your treatment as well as providing supportive therapy related to both medication management as well as discussing internal and external stressors to help identify and manage emotional triggers.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I use Headway platform for my practice. You will need to sign in to a Headway before the appointment time. Headway will email welcome email with all the information to sign in.
I diagnose according DSM-5 criteria and also offer therapies including talk therapy, CBT, OCD, PTSD, Individual, Couples, Combined therapies.
