Iyashia is an absolute gem. She showed me patience, kindness, and I felt very comfortable speaking to her. Iyashia's service was empathetic, nurturing, and highly attentive. I was able to get an appointment with ease and she was so humanistic in her approach. I have never felt so heard or had a therapist who was so easy to communicate with. I would recommend her to anyone no matter what they are going through. She was extremely professional in communication and very accommodating to my particular scheduling needs which are all over the place due to my demanding work schedule. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with choosing her.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet individual needs, drawing on evidence-based modalities to achieve positive outcomes.
I earned my master’s degree from Yeshiva University and have completed additional training in Motivational interview, CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed/focused. This foundation equips me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of mental health and effective therapeutic interventions.
