I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and health issues. My approach I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and its variants to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include additional practices such as insight-oriented and supportive psychotherapy, systematic desensitization, relaxation training, mindfulness, medication, etc. Your goals and progress towards those goals will be my primary focus. Together, we will identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My focus Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, or self-doubt? Are your relationships satisfying and a source of happiness, or do you find them to be stressful and difficult to manage? I work with adults who are suffering from/experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, trauma, and health issues. If you are working through relational difficulties, health problems, trauma, anxiety, depression, or are just interested in exploring personal goals, I will work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
