Specializing in relationship and Sex Therapy, I have over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in many areas. I consider myself a holistic focused practitioner and enjoy working with relational and interpersonal issues. Overall, my approach to therapy is integrative and is informed by many evidenced based practices and theoretical orientations including attachment and Psychodynamic theories, mindfulness-based practices, Somatic body-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Trauma Systems Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
