If you’re dealing with conflict, anxiety, stress, infidelity, or loss, relationship therapy can help you find a way forward. For over 25 years I’ve been helping New York couples and individuals create stronger, more loving relationships.
You may have seen or heard me quoted in The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune, National Public Radio, Vogue, Forbes, Brides, and other media outlets on how to nurture relationships with partner, friends, and family.
Often people who come to me say they’ve talked to therapists who mostly sat and nodded. That’s not me. I’m active and responsive in our virtual sessions. When I think it will be helpful, I share current research findings on how to make relationships fulfilling, as well as questionnaires, stories, poems, and even cartoons that offer fresh perspective and help you reach your goals.
You and I are a team. I listen carefully, draw on evidence-based research, and offer the tools and support you need to build on your strengths and reach your relationship goals. Many of the people I help are international New Yorkers who have come here to pursue careers in finance, medicine, entertainment, or academics.
Teletherapy offers convenience and the opportunity to meet from the comfort of your home. My secure video platform is HIPAA-compliant and very easy to access. After we book, I‘ll send you simple guidelines to ensure our online session will be successful.
