Getting to know Reilly Muller

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself as you navigate college or early adulthood? I work with college students and young adults facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity questions, and low self-worth. Many clients come to therapy seeking clarity, relief, and greater resilience during this pivotal stage. I offer a collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore challenges, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. Our work together—grounded in trust, respect, and openness—forms the foundation for growth. I began my path in mental health counseling at my college counseling center and later completed training at a leading eating disorder treatment—work that sparked my passion for supporting others through life’s harder moments and continues to inform my broader, integrative approach. I received a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. I am currently a psychotherapist at Sandefur Mental Health Counseling PLLC where I offer individual sessions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and presence—meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or assumptions. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—tailoring our work to your individual goals and needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, I aim to offer the clarity and support you need to move forward.
