I take an eclectic approach to meet the needs of my clients, with a heavier emphasis on solution- focused techniques and CBT. I have worked primarily with children and their families through Children's Services, Juvenile Court, Partial Hospitalization Programs, and in the schools (including alternative placements). I also have experience in private practice working with adults coping with anxiety, depression, chronic trauma, and struggles relating to identity. I am trained in TF-CBT, ARC, and Seeking Safety, among other evidence- based practices.
I will work as hard as you do in helping you achieve your goals, going at a pace that is comfortable for both of us. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I am here with the hope to help you gain insight and learn tools to make life more manageable and fulfilling. I look forward to meeting you!
