I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California who works with adults experiencing challenges. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from BIOLA University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). My goal is to utilize both tools to help you build stronger roots. I want to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and start supporting you to live a life you want.
I believe that you are worthy of love and care. I believe that emotions heal when they were witnessed and validated. I love helping people become healthier, more empowered, and seeing them finally getting the life they desire. The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, freer, and more excited about their life.
I believe that people underestimate their ability to change. I am committed to supporting you to change your life around. I have a genuine interest in others and bring supportive and encouraging energy to sessions.

Sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In a safe and comfortable environment, you can be yourself and explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgment.
I believe that therapy works when both of us are committed to your healing. It’s important to me to create safety within sessions and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
