What should a new client know about working with you?

You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or know which treatment you want. Bring your concerns, questions, and any experiences with previous care. We’ll work through them together. I value open communication and a treatment relationship where you can say what’s helping, what isn’t, and what you’re unsure about. Understanding your options is an important part of finding a plan that works for you. I see adults 18 and older through video appointments throughout California, with evening and Sunday availability.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your 45-minute initial appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, relevant medical and mental health history, previous treatment, and goals. We’ll explore what has been affecting your life and discuss recommendations and next steps. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. We’ll review your progress, discuss your response to treatment and any concerns, and adjust your plan when appropriate.
