I made an appointment on ZocDoc but then was called by the office to told I need to register with them as well and confirm the appointment. No problem. I registered. When I tried to confirm the appointment there were no appointments available the day that I had made the appointment for. I called back and they told me that their appointments don't sync with ZocDoc and you have to make a new appointment with them after you register. When you make a new appointment you don't get to select your doctor. It's totally bogus. I didn't see anyone. This provider should be taken off the platform.
