Dr. Jenny Reynolds, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
1911 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD
Jenny Reynolds discovered her passion for physical therapy through her early experiences as a gymnast. Physical therapists were her favorite medical providers growing up, and their work sparked a lifelong fascination with the human body and how it moves. That early interest evolved into a dedicated career focused on helping others move, recover, and perform better. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2013 and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Emory University in 2017. She continued to advance her clinical expertise by completing an orthopedic residency in 2018 and becoming a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2019. With years of experience practicing in outpatient orthopedics, Jenny has worked with patients across a wide range of conditions. After five years of clinical care, she transitioned into academia, where she served as an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at High Point University. In that role, she taught across the curriculum, focusing on foundational clinical skills, movement assessment, and therapeutic interventions—while helping to shape the next generation of physical therapists. As an orthopedic specialist, Jenny is passionate about combining evidence-based care with movement education to support long-term health and function. She is particularly interested in fitness-forward rehabilitation and empowering patients to maintain active lifestyles beyond the clinic. In 2024, she presented an educational session titled "Crash Course in Fitness Prescription Beyond the PT Clinic" at APTA North Carolina, sharing practical strategies for integrating exercise into clinical care. Jenny Reynolds brings a deep knowledge of orthopedics, a love for teaching, and a movement-first philosophy to everything she does—whether she's guiding patients through rehab or mentoring future clinicians.
