Jeremiah Crawford, PT, DPT, OCS is a Bronx native who received his Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He then went on to the University of Vermont and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Jeremiah is a Fellow of Vermont LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) where he trained in working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. He worked hands-on with the pediatric population through various nationally recognized organizations including AmeriCorps, America Reads, and Big Brother Big Sister. Jeremiah was well-traveled while in school and completed his clinical affiliations at various settings across the country, including outpatient pediatrics in Northern Vermont, outpatient orthopedics in San Diego, CA, and Annapolis, Maryland as well as inpatient rehab in Miami, FL. Jeremiah has a special interest in both pediatrics and sports and is planning to obtain his PCS and SCS in the future.
