My goal is to work with people to create a life that they are genuinely excited about. Through developing a trusting and authentic relationship, I will help you identify roadblocks and reconnect with your own innate capacity to heal and grow. We will work collaboratively to get to the root of the symptoms that are most troubling to you and, together, explore new possibilities to create lasting, meaningful changes.
My clinical focus is working with adolescents and adults experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, depression, ADHD, challenges related to perfectionism or type-A tendencies, having a strong inner critic, feelings of low self-worth or self-esteem, people pleasing, chronic hyper-vigilance or an inability to relax, dating and relationships, and difficulties feeling or expressing emotions.
