Jessica also offers compassionate care for individuals navigating addiction and substance use issues, guiding them through early recovery and long-term healing. Her approach combines evidence-based interventions with a deeply empathetic presence to meet people where they are and move at their pace. In her work, Jessica often incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness techniques and family-focused strategies. Her experience spans diverse populations, including those with autism spectrum disorders, individuals in the foster or adoption system, and first responders offering culturally sensitive and inclusive care to those who may feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapy spaces.
